Matches have been delayed due to many reasons with rain or wet outfield being the most common. But the toss for the third ODI between England and West Indies was delayed due to traffic-light outages resulting in the home side opting for e-bikes to arrive on time with the visitors reaching late.

β€ŒThe dead rubber between England and West Indies at the Oval in London had an interesting turn even before the first ball was bowled. The toss for the third and final ODI was delayed by as long as 40 minutes and the start of the game was pushed by half an hour as the West Indies team struggled to reach the ground from their team hotel in Chelsea.
The England team used all their experience of being the home side, not on the pitch but off it, as traffic-light failures in the Vauxhall Area and closure of Lambeth Bridge resulted in them getting off their bus and reaching the stadium in e-bikes.
The West Indies team, however, chose to ride it safe as it took an eternity for them to arrive at the venue as captain Shai Hope joked that the team could have reached earlier had they got off the bus and walked.
